    HTML Title Tag

    <html>
    <head>
    <title>My Great Page</title>
    </head>
    <body>
    Page text goes here.
    </body>
    </html>


    NOTE: Most of the time, HTML syntax is simply this: for each opening tag there is a matching closing tag that begins with </

    These are the basic tags that every HTML page needs.
    -html
    -head
    -title
    -body

    The title tag needs to be inside the head tag.

    NOTE: Do not disrespect the title. The title tag is very important to search engines.
