CSS Hide Text - Use Display None in HTML to Hide Text
To hide text in your HTML using CSS, use display: none;
<style type="text/css">
.heyho { display:none; }
</style>
<div class="heyho">This text will not be seen.</div>
<div>This text WILL be seen.</div>
-We start with our opening style tag.
-We name our class "heyho" because we like the word "heyho".
-We set the CSS "display" property to "none".
-We close our style tag.
-We write our opening div and assign our "heyho" class to it.
-Close the div.
-Write a second div with no class at all.
Result: only the second div section will be displayed in our browser.
You can then use Javascript to hide or unhide text. The link below to w3schools.com can help get you started on the Javascript you need... at least until I write that tutorial :)
